Returns and exchanges

I gladly accept cancelations and returns for non-personalized items:

 To request a cancelation, please follow these instructions:

  • ✦  Submit a request for cancellation within 24 hours of purchase

To request a return, please follow these instructions:

  • ✦ Submit a request for return within 3 days of delivery.

  • ✦ Item(s) MUST be shipped back within 7 days of delivery.

    • Buyers are responsible for the shipping cost to return the item.

    • Once item has been received without any damage then the refund will be submitted.

      • Refunds typically take 5-7 business days.

  • ✦  If you would like to exchange for a different item please contact me for prior  approval before you ship your item back to me.

    • Buyers are also responsible for the shipping cost of any item that is an exchange.

I don't accept exchanges or returns FOR PERSONALIZED ITEMS:

 

  • ✦ Due to the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

    • Custom or personalized orders

    • Items on sale

Processing timeframe 

  • ✦ Shipping speeds are ESTIMATES and do not include the time it takes to create your item.

  • ✦ All domestic shipments include delivery confirmation. 

  • ✦ Shipping is generally out of our hands and your best bet is to contact and/or file a claim with the shipping company directly as we are not liable for any shipping misdelivery, failed deliveries, damage during transit, and post-delivery. That information will be available with your tracking information provided.
